As part of the Docaposte Signature electronic signature service, some of your personal data are processed in accordance with:

  • Law No. 78-017 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and civil liberties (known as the Data Protection Act)
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
