Office Dépôt

Docaposte tools and engagement process are solid value-add services for international companies that expect to reduce and control their IT costs

Docaposte has been a great partner that helped us not just to bring visibility and transparency on our European mobile fleet

Mr Linus Christ, Office Depot Europe Manager of Indirect Procurement

Office Dépôt, present in 10 countries, with more than 3,000 subscribed mobile telephone lines, is renegotiating its operator contracts. The prospect of the end of the aggregation contract concluded with British Telecom on a global scale led to the search for independent expertise to renegotiate the contracts, country by country.

Docaposte offers a structured process for auditing usage and support for renegotiation. The first phase consisted in replacing, on equal terms, in each country, the old contract with a new one concluded directly with Office Dépôt, the challenge being to guarantee continuity of service for all lines. In a second phase, Docaposte supported Office Dépôt in analyzing usage and developing a country-by-country renegotiation strategy.

“Docaposte has been a great partner that helped us not just to bring visibility and transparency on our European mobile fleet (10+ countries with more than 3000+ connections), but as well, to negotiate for us significant savings from our Mobile Network Operators.
Their tools and their engagement process are solid value-add services for international companies that expect to reduce and control their IT costs. These key achievements have been greatly appreciated by Office Depot Europe top Management”
