Intermediation platform


In partnership with the French National Association of Chartered Accountants (CSOEC), which provided the design and functional analysis of the portal, DOCAPOSTE develops the architecture and applications of the portal, ensures day to day management and commercialises its services to major companies.

Its mission is to provide a digitalisation solution for company declarations that meets all the criteria for security, reliability and service defined by the CSOEC. The portal created in 2000, must be able to teletransmit fiscal, social, accounting and financial information to the Directorate-General for Taxation (DGI), Approved Management Bodies (OGA), banks, Social Protection Bodies (OPS) and any other recipient.


DOCAPOSTE designed and deployed a new platform meeting all the expectations of the CSOEC (security, reliability, service).

Optimum security is ensured through several aspects: declarations with highly secure transmissions, the documents received are time-stamped, an LDAP directory (meta-directory) manages the senders' authentication… With regard to reliability, the platform handles 8,000 tele-declarations per hour and has a fully duplicated backup site. The last criterion is service. As a genuine management tool available to charted accountants and companies, the platform notably provides the following features:

•Monitoring for each submission and archiving of tele-declarations for a 10 year period including 18 months online.

• The user company must validate itself the payment once its declaration has been made by the chartered accountant

• Sending early declarations, the portal sends it and the payment to the administration at the date specified by the company.

Customer advantages is now the benchmark leader in tele-declaration portals for chartered accountants, administrations and companies. 750,000 declarations were made on this site for more than 300,000 companies for the 2005 fiscal campaign.
